Our team is concentrated in the world’s leading asset protection jurisdiction, the Cook Islands. We have a presence in both Australia and New Zealand and bring a combined depth of experience across the international fiduciary, trust, and corporate services industry.

Previously, John served for over a decade at Capital Security Bank Limited, where he progressed from Operations Manager to Chief Operations Officer, and ultimately to Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in overseeing banking operations, compliance and risk management, treasury functions, correspondent and investment banking relationships, and business development. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing the bank’s service offerings and regulatory compliance, solidifying its position as a trusted financial institution.
John has also held a long-standing position as Director at Cook Islands Finance Service Development Agency, a government agency responsible for promoting the Cook Islands' financial services sector, with particular focus on the offshore sector. His work in this capacity involved overseeing and assisting the CEO with key financial structures such as international trusts, companies, LLCs, banking, insurance, and international partnerships.
Prior to his tenure in offshore finance, John built his expertise in retail banking and financial services. As a Branch Manager at Westpac, he was responsible for managing financial operations, risk assessments, and business unit performance across multiple locations in the Cook Islands. Additionally, his experience as a Finance Broker at Credit Express and Customer Service Officer at ASB Bank provided him with foundational knowledge in lending, risk assessment, and client relationship management.
With over two decades of experience in banking, asset protection, and international finance, John is a recognized leader in offshore financial structuring and wealth management solutions. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes while providing tailored solutions for clients makes him a sought-after expert in the industry.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Wealth Web, Connor leads the company’s business development and marketing initiatives, working closely with licensed and regulated financial service providers across multiple jurisdictions. His role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, developing client acquisition channels, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities that ultimately benefit the final client.
Recognizing the increasing global demand for offshore business solutions, Connor developed two of Wealth Web’s key commercial platforms: Offshore Broker and Offshore Companies Online. These platforms serve as dedicated resources and points of contact for clients seeking offshore company formation, banking services, asset protection, and wealth structuring solutions.
Prior to Wealth Web, Connor gained extensive experience at Southpac Group, where he progressed from Analyst to Head of Marketing & Communications. In this leadership role, he was responsible for driving marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning, managing communications, and supporting business growth initiatives that reinforced the company’s reputation as a leading offshore financial services provider. Connor also holds a directorship role at Southpac Group, further strengthening his understanding of the industry.
Connor’s ability to combine technical industry knowledge with commercial strategy sets him apart in the offshore finance industry. His strengths in business development, partnership management, and lead generation continue to drive growth, strengthen industry relationships, and create new opportunities for the organizations he represents.

In her current role, Ati leads all aspects of client acquisition and relationship management. She is responsible for sales closing and revenue generation, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to payment and successful onboarding. As the primary point of contact for many clients, she ensures high service standards, proactive communication, and swift conflict resolution. In addition, she plays a key role in business development, lead generation, pipeline management, and the implementation of strategies to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Before joining Wealth Web, Ati spent 17 years at Capital Security Bank Limited, a privately owned offshore bank in the Cook Islands. She began her tenure there in 2008 as a Banking Supervisor, overseeing client onboarding, SWIFT processing, and international payments. Her deep operational knowledge and leadership ability led to her appointment as Compliance and Risk Manager in 2021, a role she held for four and a half years. In that capacity, she led the bank’s regulatory compliance programme, transaction monitoring systems, and risk framework, ensuring full alignment with both domestic and international AML/CFT standards.
Ati began her career in 2003 at Southpac Trust, a leading trust company in the Cook Islands, where she held various client service and operational roles. Her professional background gives her a unique blend of regulatory insight, technical knowledge, and customer-facing experience, making her a valuable asset in both financial compliance and commercial development settings.
With her strong foundation in banking operations and regulatory affairs, combined with her commercial acumen and client-focused approach, Atinata brings a rare combination of experience and professionalism to her role at Wealth Web

In her current role as Sales Assistant at Wealth Web, Melanie supports the client onboarding and sales process by assisting with administration, client communications, documentation management, and operational support. She works closely with the wider team to ensure efficient coordination, accurate record keeping, and a high standard of client service throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
Prior to joining Wealth Web, Melanie worked at Fidentem Pacific Limited (formerly Asiaciti Trust Pacific Limited), part of the international Fidentem Group, where she held the role of Administration Officer and Personal Assistant. During her time there, she developed a strong background in office administration, accounts assistance, IT support, client administration, filing and records management, and internal client file reviews. She was also responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, supporting risk management processes, contributing to ad-hoc projects, and providing direct administrative support to senior management and the Managing Director.
Melanie’s professional experience has equipped her with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly regulated environments. She is known for her collaborative approach, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality support across both operational and client-facing functions.
Outside of her professional career, Melanie has been actively involved in community and leadership initiatives throughout the Cook Islands. She has served as Youth Chairperson and Youth Representative Member for the Cook Islands Workers Association, as well as Secretary and Executive Member for the Cook Islands Business Professional Women (BPW) Committee. Through these roles, she has further strengthened her leadership, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
With her combination of administrative expertise, client service experience, and community leadership involvement, Melanie brings professionalism, dedication, and a positive team-oriented approach to her role at Wealth Web.
