Wealth Web was founded by Connor Steens and John Evans, two professionals with deep roots in the offshore services industry and a shared vision to raise the standard of what clients can expect from international wealth solutions, particularly in the South Pacific. With extensive experience gained from both of their terms at Southpac Group and Capital Security Bank, they saw firsthand the challenges, and the immense opportunities, within the offshore space.
What began as a conversation about how to better serve clients quickly and efficiently evolved into a network focused on delivering and growing the offshore services industry in the Cook Islands and Nevis

John Evans is a highly experienced executive and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning financial services, asset protection, banking, and international business. As the Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Web, he leads a firm specializing in marketing and business introductions for licensed and regulated financial service providers, including trustee companies, banks, asset managers, accountants, and lawyers. His expertise is centred around offshore banking, international companies, trusts, and LLCs, providing strategic guidance to high-net-worth individuals and professional clients.
Previously, John served for over a decade at Capital Security Bank Limited, where he progressed from Operations Manager to Chief Operations Officer, and ultimately to Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in overseeing banking operations, compliance and risk management, treasury functions, correspondent and investment banking relationships, and business development. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing the bank’s service offerings and regulatory compliance, solidifying its position as a trusted financial institution.
John has also held a long-standing position as Director at Cook Islands Finance Service Development Agency, a government agency responsible for promoting the Cook Islands' financial services sector, with particular focus on the offshore sector. His work in this capacity involved overseeing and assisting the CEO with key financial structures such as international trusts, companies, LLCs, banking, insurance, and international partnerships.
Prior to his tenure in offshore finance, John built his expertise in retail banking and financial services. As a Branch Manager at Westpac, he was responsible for managing financial operations, risk assessments, and business unit performance across multiple locations in the Cook Islands. Additionally, his experience as a Finance Broker at Credit Express and Customer Service Officer at ASB Bank provided him with foundational knowledge in lending, risk assessment, and client relationship management.
With over two decades of experience in banking, asset protection, and international finance, John is a recognized leader in offshore financial structuring and wealth management solutions. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes while providing tailored solutions for clients makes him a sought-after expert in the industry.
Connor Steens is a results-driven marketing professional with a specialization in offshore financial services, asset protection, and international business structuring. With over six years of industry experience, he has developed a deep understanding of how to position and promote financial services to high-net-worth individuals, trust companies, legal & accounting professionals and global entrepreneurs. His expertise lies in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation, making him a key player in the offshore finance sector.
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Wealth Web, Connor leads the company's marketing and business introduction efforts, working with licensed and regulated financial service providers. His role involves crafting high-impact marketing campaigns, digital strategy execution, and client acquisition initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract qualified leads in the competitive offshore financial services market.

Through these platforms, Connor has successfully leveraged SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising to establish a strong online presence and connect clients with industry-leading service providers.
Connor gained his experience at Southpac Group, where he progressed from Analyst to Head of Marketing & Communications. In this role, he was responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand reputation, and executing digital campaigns that strengthened the company’s position as a leading provider of offshore financial services.
Connor’s ability to combine technical industry knowledge with innovative marketing strategies sets him apart in the offshore finance space. His expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation continues to drive growth and brand recognition for the organizations he leads.
Atinata (“Ati”) Hosking is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across offshore banking, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management.
In her current role, Ati leads all aspects of client acquisition and relationship management. She is responsible for sales closing and revenue generation, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to payment and successful onboarding. As the primary point of contact for many clients, she ensures high service standards, proactive communication, and swift conflict resolution. In addition, she plays a key role in business development, lead generation, pipeline management, and the implementation of strategies to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Before joining Wealth Web, Ati spent 17 years at Capital Security Bank Limited, a privately owned offshore bank in the Cook Islands. She began her tenure there in 2008 as a Banking Supervisor, overseeing client onboarding, SWIFT processing, and international payments. Her deep operational knowledge and leadership ability led to her appointment as Compliance and Risk Manager in 2021, a role she held for four and a half years. In that capacity, she led the bank’s regulatory compliance programme, transaction monitoring systems, and risk framework, ensuring full alignment with both domestic and international AML/CFT standards.
Ati began her career in 2003 at Southpac Trust, a leading trust company in the Cook Islands, where she held various client service and operational roles. Her professional background gives her a unique blend of regulatory insight, technical knowledge, and customer-facing experience, making her a valuable asset in both financial compliance and commercial development settings.
With her strong foundation in banking operations and regulatory affairs, combined with her commercial acumen and client-focused approach, Atinata brings a rare combination of experience and professionalism to her role at Wealth Web
